Gold and Meridian members receive advance notice of gaming floor events, promotional periods, and new game-format introductions - communicated by direct message from their assigned host rather than general marketing.
Meridian Arrival Protocol
Meridian members are met at the hotel entrance by their named host, bypassing the standard front-desk process entirely - bags are handled, a room key is presented in the lobby, and the first Civic Table booking of each stay is confirmed before the lift ride up.
